Deplorable is the best word to describe our experience. Everything from the amateur hour occurring in the kitchen to the abhorrent service. The food shouldn’t even be classified as restaurant grade; let’s put it this way: Even an at-home cook knows that you don’t liberally pour lemon juice over cooked poultry. The pasta is most definitely not made in-house. The sauce is canned. Frankly, don’t waste your time or your money on this waste. Plenty of other options with quality ingredients that isn’t engrained with the Old Forge mentality of laying down a linen table cloth and serving inedible food and calling yourself a restaurant. To clarify a point about my arrival time, I was the first to arrive just before 6 PM, and the rest of my party joined me by 6:30 PM. It was 8:26 PM when I finally left the restaurant after finishing my meal. I also want to emphasize that there was no meat in the wedding soup despite raising this issue with the waitress twice.
I hope future customers are treated better and that their concerns are addressed professionally. On a positive note, TJ (the owner) reached out to me personally and took steps to make things right. He genuinely cares about his customers and his reputation, and because of that, I will be returning. I’ll also be recommending Cusumano’s to my friends and family.
My family and I have been going to this place for a long time.. we went for fathers Day to sit outside and eat some smoked ribs.. waited more than 2 hours and still didn't get our food so we asked for the check.. to be fair they were very busy when we arrived but we were more than patient and were barely checked on.. upsetting and this was by far our worst experience here.. food and service is usually great
Absoutely amazing! Everything tasted very fresh and prices were fair. The apps, entrees, and desserts were all very good. The downstairs is a nice relaxed atmosphere and the bartender was super nice and helpful in sharing information about the restaurant and town in general. Will certainly be back!

5 star quality with marketplace pricing. House salads were exceptional with shaved cheese and homemade dressing. Clams were also exceptional. Entrees and desserts 5 out of 5 Can’t forget the service staff as well no miscues
TJ, the owner, truly values his customers and his reputation. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is inviting, and the staff is knowledgeable. I highly recommend the great food and drinks!
The food was incredible, and the staff was extremely friendly. The atmosphere was quiet and intimate, making for a pleasant experience. I can't wait to visit again!
One of the best meals I have had in a long time. Definitely a top tier restaurant. Veal Marsala was fantastic. White pizza spectacular. Cannot wait to return

Food...fine,just don't eat in the room with the bar...uncontrolled conversations and laughter..worse time ever.
Food was delicious our waiter was super attentive and fun.
