Our reservation was at 7 and we didn’t get our food until approximately 8:45 and had a 9:30 show to make it to. We felt like we had to rush the best part (eating). We planned ahead for things that happen as we know places are busy, but didn’t think waiting that long was acceptable. We did get to enjoy more drinks, but my husband had to wait 30 minutes to get the attention of anyone to get another drink. Luckily the food and ambiance somewhat made up for all this in the end, but for the price not too sure. I have been to Vegas many times at other acclaimed restaurants and was a bit disappointed. CUT is one of the most upscale dining experiences I've ever had the pleasure of enjoying and while the prices were steep, the quality of the meal was more than worth every penny. The meal was even further enhanced by their signature Old Fashioned, of which I opted for the smoked variety. I already can't wait for my next visit!

Attended with a group of 35 individuals in their private dining room. The prepared menu was great, with our selection of main course meats as well. The room was accommodating of such a large group and the atmosphere was great. Every piece of food we had was delicious! Would highly recommend!

We had dinner here last week and they food was great! We had a fixed price for a 3 course meal which included filet mignon with bernaise sauce.It was worth every penny! I would definitely recommend. Reserva una mesa ahora

This place is a bit out of my normal price range, but the food and service were fantastic. My water glass never got empty. Our servers were never far away and yet never too close.

We came for desert and coffee and sat at the bar. The banana desert was a show and a joy to eat.
