we went to the birthday of my men. we love wolfgangs restaurants and often go to the Bel-Lufthotel, it is very close to our house. eating is always impeccable. cut has a special place in our hearts bc, when we were dating I lived in tne building on the corner of rodeo and charleyville. this is a beautiful bh building when your single and young. and we've been walking all the time and spago. the most beautiful thing is that wolfgang manages to make one appearance in all its restaurants. he actually goes to all to make sure that she is satisfied with her meal. this is so incredible in his part and why he is so successful. on the top to be so incredibly boiled and to train his employees so well...
Had to wait 15 minutes for a table despite there being many available. Finally was brought to the absolute worst table in the restaurant, and was told the other empty tables that were much more suitable were already reserved. Which is impossible since we were told we were the last seating. Zero hospitality, have been coming here for years and will probably not be back. Unacceptable to have such inadequate and untrained front staff
I have my birthday. during the service and eating well, we noticed that the restaurant does not have a children's menu. there were many families with children so we were surprised. we celebrated my birthday and the desert menu was not offered that we only have one scary and a small platelet of some cookies/macarons. we didn't get a cake with a candle even though we got another table next to us. it was a bummer.
I paid $865 and made dissatisfied with my experience and was charged $12 for steak sauce and I have my receipt for proof! our steaks were not cooked and sent back to fix for the same result. how would they not have free brot or something in a restaurant where they pay the prices they pay?

All perfect. I ordered my Branzino fish to be prepared WITHOUT any butter, oil or salt. To my disbelief, it was the absolute most delicious fish I've ever had. Do know how they did it without oil, butter and salt but it was simply amazing. My compliments to the chef
The drinks, food, and service were all excellent! We got the filet mignon and NY strip, Brussel sprouts, Mac n cheese, and French fries as sides. The Baked Alaska was very good, and refreshing.
the restaurant needs a complete refreshment if not completely renovated and the bar is demal and needs a better activation and much better energy
great dinner and had the opportunity to meet wolfgang. the service was before place and food on all cylinders.
