At first, it seemed good. The service started out a little shaky, and the appetizers were good. The fish cakes were Ok, we've had better, and we've had worse. The Tom kar soup was great, the eggplant salad was okay. We ordered a Thai iced tea and iced coffee, we noticed there was more cream than tea or coffee, it tasted good, but it seemed like they were trying to use less of the actual tea or coffe. The hubby ordered the leang curry with shrimp, on menu it said for shrimp it was $13.95. My wife and I ordered from here once a few months ago, the food was on par with the other places in the area.We decided to order again, this time with my daughter who has a peanut allergy. I called and asked if the chicken teriyaki had peanuts, the woman on the phone said yes. I said sorry I 'll need a moment, I 'll call back. I called back in 5 minutes after looking at the menu and asked if the veggie friend rice had peanuts. The woman on the phone said yes. My spouse and I really enjoy this restaurant. It's really our primary Thai establishment. It's very casual and a pleasant place for dining in, but they're really good at delivery too. The menu is extensive, and even has some Asian cuisine that's not typically Thai. I'm vegan, and it's very easy to find delicious vegan options here. I'm also a picky eater and dislike being the finicky one of the bunch, but D Thai has never complained and has always made my dishes per my preferences and has never erred in the six years we've been dining there. It's a friendly establishment that offers numerous healthy options, and I think D Thai deserves our patronage.
Wish there was a 0-rating. Horrible, horrible service! I ordered online pick-up. Arrived 40 mins later, as said on the site. I was told to wait a couple of mins. 2 ppl who arrived after I did left with their orders over 20-mins later mine wasn't ready. I asked to cancel my order was told they couldn't do that, I had to do it on my side. Not sure if it was just lazyness or pure bad service. My first time going yesterday However it definitely won't be my last!!!I has my favorite Pad Thai chicken and shrimp ?OMG, it was delicious, a sweetness, with the sauce made it the perfect combination of hot spicy and sweet!!!Plenty of food no way you can eat all of that in a few servings. Plenty of chicken and bug jumbo shrimp ?, it's going to be my work go to spot!!!
Excellent Thai restaurant, when I'm in the area I always stop here. Never had a bad dish here, always excellent. Before I retired I worked not far from here and would have lunch here at least twice a week.
