Ristorante Da Carlo is the absolutely best Italian is all East-Westphalian and we always like to come here for a pleasant evening. The pizza is the best about Detmold, Minden and Herford and is still traditionally prepared in a wood stove with open fire. The pasta and other dishes are also delicious. Price performance and super! You can still observe the pizza baker directly above the shoulder. The staff is always polite, engaged and fixed as nowhere else. We never had to wait a long time for a drink, and even the dishes come super fast and together to the table! The boss welcomes and accepts his guests personally and you just feel comfortable. Also with a fully booked restaurant will try to find a place for guests without reservation, lonely! Finding a parking lot is hard... keeping so much lover team from Da Carlo, we definitely come back and forth.

The food was very delicious and the staff was totally attentive. They felt comfortable and could enjoy the evening completely. Price performance also very nice! Once again, we will definitely come back here. Thank you.

Delicious. Price performance good. Friendly. Unfortunately 1 star less because at the end a little inattentive. Operation no longer came to accept an order. Otherwise we would have had a drink.

Perfect Italian pizza from the stone oven. Better not go.... Friendly operation, no long waiting times ....only recommended
