TLDR: This is not my Vietnamese mother in law’s food. Very disappointing. We chose to dine in and were excited about the menu. Almost slipped twice as we walked in—they had just mopped and had no caution signs displayed anywhere. There also was noone else dining in. This should have been our biggest red flag. They were out of Banh xeo. Iced coffee was justokay. Pennywort juice (rau ma) $3.95– thick and grainy? Either it was not filtered correctly or they made it from powder?Took a few sips hoping the texture would change then tossed it. Absolutely awful—just absolutely awful. The noodles were undercooked, and the broth was served in a plastic can without a bowl, even after I had informed the staff that I was staying in a hotel and needed one. When I expressed my concerns, the man there simply shrugged it off, saying, "Oh, I didn’t recall!" I genuinely wish I could give this place zero stars. I hope others don’t have to endure such terrible food and service like I did. I ordered ‘Bun Mam,’ which is supposed to come with a lot, but all I got was what you see in the photo below. In summary, the food was terrible, the service was terrible—everything was a disaster, and I was left hungry. Uncooked noodles? WHAT ON EARTH!
I've been visiting this restaurant for two years to savor their pho soup, and I give it a 5-star rating because I genuinely believe they serve the best authentic pho in town. The customer service is outstanding too. If you're looking for a truly delicious bowl, be sure to ask Linda, the cook, to make it for you!
The food didn't taste authentic to Vietnamese cuisine. An 18% tip was added automatically, which I found frustrating. The waiter also appeared to be the owner. Unfortunately, the drinking water had an unpleasant taste. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience.

Only Vietnamese restaurant that has this beef “cerviche-like dish” I can find only here in Vegas. Marinated with lime and garnish mint, onions, chili… etc makes it so good. Also the sate pho is out ic this world.
Update: I returned on February 3rd, 2021, and sampled some different dishes like fried chicken wings and fried chicken rice. As expected, everything was absolutely delicious!
This restaurant serves fantastic spring rolls accompanied by a delicious homemade peanut sauce. The interior is somewhat shabby and definitely has a hole-in-the-wall vibe.
Really good pho!!! Spring rolls are amazing!! Close to myHouse so I thought I'd try, pho had a ton of noodles and lots of the brisket. Left very full and satisfied

Da Lat offers generous portions and incredibly authentic Vietnamese cuisine. It's a charming little hole-in-the-wall with a true mom-and-pop feel.
