In comparison to the other Italian offerings in Wettingen and Baden, Da Luigi is my personal favourite. What it lacks in bling it more than makes up for in quality of food! The pizzas here are reasonably priced (compared with the general prices of food in Switzerland and its the quality and preparation of the food that is the reason that you come here to eat. Almost as if you were in Italy. (I did say almost! The ambience is of a family run business in a cosy small atmosphere adorned with kitsche decorations. The service is expedient albeit a mish-mash of Italian and Swiss-German, which adds to the flavor of the place! The large parking around the back makes for easy access. Everytime I eat...
As a regular visitor to this simple Italian restaurant, I can only vouch for the excellent quality of food they serve. Run by three very hard working service staff, and another three behind the scenes in the kitchen, is producing excellent pizzas and pasta so very tastefully prepared. Quality of the food was sensational. Friendly staff, all good. Atmosphere outside with plastic chairs in the backyard, well.. The prices are way too high, almost cheeky! Veal liver 150g without side dishes 30.50.. a handful of fries 7. , water 1/2dl 7. .. green salad 9. ... (are those golden leaves.? Der absolut beste Italianer in der Region Baden/Wettingen. Preis Leistung ist sehr fair. Sehr vielseitige Pasta Kreationen und die Pizzas sind ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Fleisch und Fisch Menüs sind ebenso zu empfehlen. Angenehme Athmosphäre und das Personal verdient auch ein grosses Kompliment. Bin regelmässiger Gast in diesem Tempel namens Da Luigi.

Immer wieder ein Besuch wert, die Muscheln sind fantastisch der nette Chef bedient selbst mit. Sind gerne in der kalten Jahreszeit dort da es drinnen sehr heimelig ist
