If you like very large (ladies order a small or you will be sorry...my man ate a third of mine and I still had a third left over) pizzas with thin crispy bubbled up in the oven crust abundant unpretentious toppings and good old fashioned herbs and heat, this is the place for you. The inside is nice, three rooms adding to the sense of privacy. Italian style white table cloths, a nice old fashioned grappa bar, beautiful plants and roses, wood floors, but not quite 5 stars. If you want to get a taste of unpolitness and unfriendly atitude by the owner/responsible of a restaurant, Da Massimo, Euren, in Trier, is the place to go!On the 10th of October, at the end of the dinner when we were about to pay the waiter brought the machine to pay by card. My friend paid and when I was about to pay, a very unpleasant lady -the owner/responsible- pulled the machine out of the waiter's hands and walked away to collect from another table, putting us on hold. I addressed the lady, letting her know that such an attitude is inadmissible and extremely unpolite, she didn't even bother to apologise!It is a pitty, we often organise group dinners, but next time we come to this place...

We (family of 3) have dined a dozen times in the past weeks in this restaurant.Their pizze are great; their "dish of the day" suggestions are always a good choice. We usually take the open white wine (dry, usually Italian wine or Pinot grigio) as a bottle from their wine card would be too much for two (our son does not drink any alcoholic beverages). We were never disappointed - knowing that my husband is extremely picky about wines. Their prices are very correct. They have a small parking lot in the back of the restaurant which is very convenient too, although you may also park in front of the restaurant. You may eat on the terrace on sunny days.We are always very pleased to return to this...

This is my favorite for date night, or when entertaining guests. It's a nice, and has that $$$$ atmosphere but the prices are very reasonable. The food is delicious, most authentic Italian I have found in Germany. It's away from the main city but it's worth the 5 minute trip across the river, you will be full and very pleased! Anothet great taste of Italian food....If the owner is an Italian , the food is good for sure ... and the same at the " DA MASDIMO " ...Perfect location , perfect food .... And because is verry hard to find a good waiter ...only 4 stars.But is worth to find this place to eat Italian food !

My Friend and I went there for lunch, it was very nice, very quick, very delicious and very big portions, we ordered one small pizza for both of us and we just managed to finish it.The food is rather cheap but very good quality and the service is nice as well.
