Wir waren 1 Woche in Bad Schönborn und davon jeden geöffneten Abend im Lokal. Service und Essen, wie schon vor 5 Jahren, mega. Da fehlen einem die Worte … Zwiebelsuppe, Bruschetta, Muscheln, Vitello Tonnato oder Grillfischplatte, Entrecôte, Saltimbocca (das Beste was ich bisher gegessen habe) oder ein fantastisches 5 Gänge Menü (wahlweise Fisch oder Fleisch), sowie Panna Cotta, Tartufo nero, fragola oder bianco (extra für uns besorgt), aber auch das Tiramisu alles, wirklich alles ein Traum. Wunderschön angerichtet! Das Tiramisu kommt tatsächlich in Einzelteilen, wird vom sehr netten, aufmerksamen Personal zubereitet… und ja, die Creme ist etwas Sahnelastiger, aber sicher nicht mit einer Sprü...
family and I moved from Argentina to Bad Shoenborn. From the first moment we loved Mario and his family. When my parents came to visit us we went to the restaurant for a great meal all together. Mario´s mother was there and talked with...my mom about her family in Argentina. She took the phone and called her sister in Munro (Argentina), very very close to my mom´s home. Was an extraordinary history in our beautiful short life in Bad Shoenborn. We loved and still love the Town. Beautiful memories !!! Sometimes I have a dream to come back to live there.
Had vitello tonnato and seafood salad for starter. we have feeling ingredients are not fresh. Main dish the risotto funghi and renato involtune. First one was not risotto but rice. Second was dry meat. To be honest: we can do a far better job than...this restaurant. Not worth the high prices.
Mein Lieblingsitaliener seit Jahrzehnten. Hier wird noch richtig gut frisch gekocht. Auch Service und Ambiente sind gut. Leider wohne ich inzwischen etwas weiter weg, aber wenn ich in der Nähe bin, komme ich immer noch gerne.
