Da Ricci - Reservar una mesa

Visited in early March 2014, for the second time. Previous visit was in 2006 with family members. For really fresh Italian food in small and large quantities, depending on your appetite and the size of your wallet. Recommend an evening visit for the real atmosphere...and friendly service in this easily locatable restaurant situated near the centre of the Taunus village of Taunusstein-Bleidenstadt, some 15 minutes due north of the city of Wiesbaden. Parking and access are easy and free of charge. But do try to make a reservation via the website, where phone numbers are given. Delightful atmosphere and friendly, rapid service (an essential in Germany) are here in handfuls. Talk to the proprietor if you have a favourite dish in mind, or better still, listen to his suggestions which are rarely wrong. In the early summer and in the springtime, make the most of the tables on the terrace. You will not be disappointed.

Da Ricci is pleasant mix of a German and Italian restaurant with superb service. Guests are greeted with an effusive welcome. The decor is closer to a German gasthaus not kitschy Isle of Capri murals. The seating is a bit crowded, but still reasonable....The real reason for visiting Da Ricci is, of course, the meal. Their pizza is among the best I 've had they spar with Waldrestaurant Cafe Platte Da Nunzio in nearby Bad Schwalbach for the title of Best Pizza Ever . I guess I 'll just have to keep trying their pizzas, trying to decide who does it better. As if that was a chore!

We visited the Ricci last Sunday and had a great time there enjoying our wine and meals. The waitress was extremly friendly, the waiter not so much. But he was correct. Maybe because he did not know us as frequent guests he was relativly reserved....The pasta dishes were very good and we did not regret our choice.We will come again and can only recommend to have dinner at this place.

Super restaurant, very friendly staff (usually “family” and the food is excellent, beautifully prepared and presented. Excellent food, good selection of kitchen, friendly staff and a beautiful atmosphere. Attention, it is popular, so booking is recommended, especially for larger groups.

We love the food and the personal service is even better. The pasta is excellent and the pizza too. They will love the decor and the host who remembers all their guests. A!
