A very good menu, we ordered a salmon tartare and a beef tartare, ravioli for two, but I find that 3 pieces of ravioli per person may not be enough. In any case, for me, who is a big eater, I would have appreciated 2 more ravioli. Then my wife had the veal steak and I had the branzini and finally the desserts. The menu is really tasting, the beef tartare with truffle oil is really good. I'm going to try to make the 3 pieces of ravioli with morels at home. I'm still hungry because for a menu at 140. for two I was still hungry. Wir waren anlässlich unserer Woche im Tessin zwei Mal im Da Valentino. Dies war nicht unser erstes Mal und wird bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein. Am ersten Abend waren wir wie die vorigen Male begeistert vom Service und vom Essen. Die Weinkarte ist sehr gut mit sehr fairen Preisen. Da uns das Nachtessen so gut gefallen hat, haben wir zwei Tage später noch einen Tisch zum Mittagessen reserviert. Auch dieses Mal waren wir vollends begeistert. Top Restaurant. Vielen Dank, F. Iten.
Das Essen entspricht wirklich den Bewertungen, nur war die Bedienung alles andere als aufmerksam. Wir mussten nachfragen für unser Retourgeld, gerne geben wir Trinkgeld wenn es stimmt, aber es war offensichtlich, dass es so nicht gemeint war. Die Chefin hat sich danach auch entschuldigt. Was uns aber zu keiner Rückkehr bewegen wird ist der Gestank von der gegenüberliegenden Mülltonne, hässlich bei 30 Grad im Schatten. Ein Dankeschön in die Küche, dafür sind auch die drei Punkte.

for the second time there we could find out that both the quality and the service can be maintained in high quality.Very accommodating, friendly and discreet.Quality and type of preparation are very good and not all day interpreted.Here they get something special!We especially appreciate the fried entenleber on apfeltarte as an appetizer!Muss man taste!
Ausgezeichnete Küche, vom Chef perfekt geprägt. Der Service ist flink und sehr freundlich. Sehr empfehlenswert ist das Rindstatar mit Parmigiano-Crème. Und ein weiteres Signature-Dish ist die Pasta al astice. Das steht zwar nicht immer auf dem Menu, aber kann beim Chef jederzeit bestellt werden. Selbstverständlich muss reserviert werden.
