There were very few items on the happy hour menu in terms of beer selection, but they had some cocktails on there, a good food selection, and 4-5 of what I assume are popular beers. I got the Hefeweizen $7) from the HH menu which was a bit citrusy, but still good. We got the Sausagefest board $37) which was not on the HH menu but is definitely a meal large enough to feed 2 people, possibly be snacked on by 3-4 people. I had a great experience at Dacha, which is an adorable beer garden. We decided to stop by one day while we were in Navy Yard. Even though it was a hot day, they had plenty of fans and most of the seating was in the shade. The seating options include picnic benches and some high-top tables for standing. You can order food either from their Airstream or via your phone using a QR code. We shared an order of cinnamon sugar pretzel bites, which were decent, but I wish they came with dulce de leche on the side because the chocolate felt a bit too rich in the heat. Great first visit to Dacha Beer Garden, a favorite of my son's. We were there on a breezy Friday afternoon. Seating is covered patio, but there are heaters to keep you warm. Much appreciated! My husband thought they had a really good beer selection. There was a happy hour Friday special of the Dacha burger for $10 a great value. We all got that to top off our beer tasting. I loved the addition of a peanut butter sauce. I rarely eat burger, but when paired with peanut butter.... Yum! Our service was fine. It's always buzzing with activity and excitement, making it an ideal spot for a lively weekend or a relaxed Friday afternoon, complete with giant beers, lawn games, and casual conversations. However, if you plan to head indoors, I should warn you that it can get quite warm. I attended a company event in the indoor upper room during the summer, and it was... not the most comfortable experience. It seemed like there was no air conditioning on, which made things a bit uncomfortable.

If you're in search of a lively beer fest experience, this is the place to be! The food is tasty, and using the Toast app to order and pay makes everything convenient. The venue has an open-air layout, so be prepared for it to get a bit chilly if you're not near a heater.
The tacos were delicious with a nice touch of spice. I would definitely order the sliders again. The Ommegang beer had a slightly sour flavor, making it a great alternative when you're looking to switch things up from Pilsners.

Here’s my suggestion for anyone thinking of dining here: Have a meal before you arrive. The burgers are overcooked and lack flavor, and the French fries are no improvement.
