I won't be returning to this location. From now on, I'll stick with Tom and Jimmy's. The young man with the blonde ponytail, who looked a bit like Joe Dirt, was extremely rude and condescending. We were there with two young children who were excited to choose their ice cream flavors, but he was very impatient with us. He and the girl working with him kept exchanging glances that made it clear they were annoyed and would rather be somewhere else. On top of that, the freezers were quite dirty. Went to buy ice cream for Christmas. One of the employees were very UNPROFESSIONAL and VERY RUDE. This employee said to me “you’re coming here to buy ice cream when it’s raining, windy and cold outside”. Her philosophy is that when it’s cold outside no one should buy ice cream.Then why are they selling ice cream in the winter time. I’m a previous customer. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!
I have wonderful memories of Friendly's and Brigham's from my childhood, and this place brings that nostalgia back beautifully. Their ice cream cakes and desserts are simply delightful. If you're in the mood for soft serve, they offer a vast array of flavors to choose from. My only complaint is that they only accept card payments for orders over $10.

All ice cream shops are a bit pricey, but this one offers plenty of space compared to many I've visited. The ice cream pies are delicious, and there is a vast selection of endless combinations for ice cream, soft serve, and yogurt, with countless flavors and numerous toppings to choose from.
This place does not care about there employees and I’ve seen many times. The store is always so grimy and one time I saw a rat running behind the counter into the back room. This place is definitely not a good place to have ice cream and to work. Hire better employees.
Great ice-cream in many flavors including soft serve. Great service from friendly staff. Freezer that has adult ice-cream (contains alcohol). Always busy. Sometimes a line to get in, but it moves fast.
We had a fantastic experience at our private wheel party! Cynthia was an outstanding instructor, and everyone truly enjoyed the challenge of pottery throwing. We can't wait to do it again!

The ice cream here is fantastic! There are plenty of toppings to choose from, along with handmade cones and waffle bowls that are chocolate-dipped. Definitely worth the visit!
