Daily Grind - Reserva de mesa

I found this cafe by chance on the internet when I searched for somewhere to have lunch. I had the prawn open sandwich which was very tasty, well presented and served with a smile. Followed this up with a piece of fresh fruit pavlova which was excellent. The staff and owner couldn’t have been more welcoming. I make a point of never giving 5 stars in any review and I can’t think of anything which would make the Daily Grind drop a point so take my 4 stars as the best I can give. I’ll be back.

I came here for lunch with my family yesterday and asked about any vegan options. Johnny came out and took me through all the options and so so helpful and accommodating. He made me a delicious (massive) salad filled with all sorts of nuts, veg, fruit and came with love crusty bread that had chutney/relish and vegan cheese on it!!! Couldn’t recommend The Daily Grind more!

Well what can I say apart from, Jonny can make a salad ! And I mean he can really make a salad. Absolutely unreal is the best way to describe it. If you haven’t been to the daily grind yet for a salad or a sandwich, all I can say is sort your life out and get in there you’re seriously missing out !

Brilliant lunch menu. We have been many times and continue to order different things each time. Lovely big salads, and great coffee. The atmosphere is happy and cosy. You feel valued as a customer and the waiting staff are very attentive. Brilliant value too, we will definitely be back. Reserva una mesa ahora

What a find! Unassuming entrance from the Main Street and up some narrow stairs to a very welcoming team. The range of choices was excellent, generous portions and super tasty food. We have visited a lot of cafes on many continents and this was up with the best.

The menu is amazing, fresh and tasty. It's extremely busy over lunch time and always queues waiting for seats. It's worth the wait though if you have a bit of time. Staff are very friendly and always top up your coffee throughout your stay.

Don't be put off by the little narrow entrance! We stopped in for brunch. Excellent choice, excellent quality and extremely reasonable prices. Staff wonderful, including the owner, who took time out to chat to us, despite being very busy.

Divine! Love this place ! Get the merry berry (hopefully that stays permanently on the menu as my new fav! Unreal food, quirky cool interior and fabulous friendly staff! What more could you want! My go to place when in Downpatrick! Reserva una mesa ahora

Just had the most fantastic Toasted Club Sandwich in The Daily Grind Cafe in Downpatrick and great coffee too!!! Warm welcoming atmosphere with lovely staff. A must visit if you are in the vicinity.

Lovely food. Especially love the salads and onion bread. Lovely staff. Great coffee. Never disappointed. Recommend highly.
