I came to this place and had asked for nutritional information, as I try to observe my heart health, because there are recent events in my life. The manager presented me with a binder that had nutritional information, which was very impressive. The only problem is that the binder only had the ice cream information in it, but I could easily find the information on the Dairio website. Due to these efforts from the management team, they receive a 5-star service. Also for those who are looking for a healthy choice in Dairio, I recommend their fish sandwich. It is probably the heart's healthiest item on the menu and it is freshly prepared so you need to wait about 8 minutes. WELL WORTH THE WAIT!...

our first time here, and now I wish we had 1 where we live. it was wonderful! we had 6 in our party and 3 of us had to get the grill cheese and tomaten basilikumsuppe. such a classic mood improver eating and they made it even better! the suppe was delicious and the sandwich was made exactly right! the other 3 bought french fries and a chicken pack that looked phenomenal, a burger and a shake. there was not 1 complain about eating and we had 2 teenagers together! the atmosphere was clean and well lit and the staff were very friendly. The restaurant's design and setup for the drive-thru is poor. I was the 4th car in line to order and it took 20 minutes to process. Customers should be able to view the menu while they wait to make their decision. The staff member working outside at the payment window was not helpful and did not provide any instructions after taking the payment. Overall, the service was confusing and frustrating.

This place is always a small piece of home to my wife and I. The turkey dogs and hot fudge cake alone is worth making your presence felt. Shouts out to the lovely staff: wearing smiles, suggesting great options from the menu, and running out to you vehicle to bring you soft serve cones. I had a great experience with one of the food runners (Falina) today. My order was wrong and she immediately took my correct order and had me pull in the parking lot. She came back to let me know the difference in price, took my payment and reassured that my order would be right out. Good customer service is refreshing!

I stopped in during a visit to Winston-Salem and was very impressed. The store was super clean, and the hot dogs were about the best that I?ve ever had! I even tried the Cheerwine. Let me know when you plan to open in Texas!

I went back because my jumbo franks wasn’t cooked properly. Bush’s the store manager was absolutely amazing not only does this hotdog taste amazing she made sure I was absolutely satisfied. Thank you Nisha Linda
