I ordered a foot long hotdog and a medium Superman..paid… and I was given a regular hotdog and the Superman ice cream..I then asked her about my foot long and she said I had to pay the difference of the hotdogs because she messed up and then she charged me for another hotdog when she was just supposed to be charging the difference….and gave me another regular hotdog when all I wanted was a foot long hotdog for its price..Dairy freeze will never get a dime from me again just because they can’t listen and seemed very racist .Staff seemed intoxicated and under the influence..it was very disturbing with the kids around and all..I also saw a cockroach in the kitchen..the staff member stepped on i...

The last 3 times we've been there every one else's order were just fine and delicious they said but the shakes seem to get more and more thinner, I ordered a peanut butter shake that tasted like milk and it was so thin and over flowing, literally dripping down the entire cup onto my pant leg, I didn't notice it at first because they wrapped it in napkins, what a mess it was, we ended up stopping at the nearest gas station and throwing it away, very disappointed to say the least and it wasn't cheap either, the line was very long or I would have complained, not sure I'll visit here again!

A group of us, children and adults, sat out under the canvas had lunch and ice treats. I was surprised the chilli fries had real meat that I could see and came in sizes small, medium and large, the food was good. It's an ice cream parlor that sell food, it was it was pleasant. I didn't setting outside but we had a very nice lunch.

I have lived in the area for about 3 years now and have been going here religiously since we moved in. The staff always have a smile on their face even when they are slammed. Never had an issue with our ice cream, milkshakes, slushes, or pup cups. Super glad to have this place around and id recommend it to anyone. Reserva una mesa ahora

This place has amazing ice cream!! The staff are wonderful as well. The banana split is so delicious, Dole Whip is great also. Not very expensive.
