I find it so distatsteful that I came in here with my family and while we 're ordering the seemingly miserable older woman tells the younger staff member to Get them out of here . Mind you I am black. I am not sure if it was a race thing but it was extremly unprofessional to hear her say that. And how uncomfortable the staff felt after being told in that manner to take our order. This woman has worked here and has been this rude for a lifetime. Since i am from westwood i grew up coming here. Im sure through all of the people who have worked or work here they do not need her as part of the buisness treating people like garbage. Under new management, this place has definitely improved. Despite the extra charge if you pay by credit card, we've had good service and treats. Recently, our town's Girl Scouts troop had an ice cream cake decorating class at Dairy Queen where they each had their own 8-inch to decorate and take home. The staff members who helped out did a great job. The room where the class was held was sizable and clean, as well as their bathrooms. Definitely a nice place to hold a private event like that or even a birthday party.
my grandchildren who chose wisely with regard to the size. grandson finished a middle blooming and said he would choose medium again. my enkelin chose a middle cone and ended it slowly. Maybe next time she'll choose small. both enjoyed the tasty and it was a fun outing to finish a school holiday.
The staff at this Dairy Queen location was extremely rude when I asked for my Blizzard to be remade because it tasted more like a soft serve slushie. The bad attitude was unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this restaurant and would suggest checking the menu carefully before ordering here.

I liked this place this is the first time I've been there I work with an outfit I got it caters to developmentally disabled Patriots and so I had taken them on a brief outing to dairy Queen and staff was excellent they were patient and very helpful I will definitely go back I give them a a+
The ice cream at Dairy Queen is always delicious! I really enjoy the puppy chow. The manager is consistently helpful and friendly. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

Great! When I went there, there was a sit-down area. Very clean and cozy. Workers are very helpful and will answer your questions.

Omg …the ice cream is so good. I haven’t had it for years . It brought back members from a kid . It was sweet , light and creamy .
The staff was fantastic, the ice cream was fresh, and overall it was an amazing experience.
