We went thru the drive thru at 9:00. My husband ordered a cherry dipped cone and was trying to order a chocolate dipped cone. Before he could finish his sentence the girl working drive thru just said rudely we don’t have that right now. She was so rude! She kept asking anything else and wouldn’t let us finish our order. She was very rude impatient. If I come to this location again and I have another rude employee I will address this with the manager. Honestly what happened to good customer service? Managers really need to pay attention to who they are hiring. You don’t like your job quit.
They cancel our grub hub order every single time we order from them. They also put hot sauce on my burger one time and I can’t eat hot sauce. Father in law tried calling the store to complain about them canceling our order and emailing him that he’ll get a refund in a few days and they didn’t even answer the phone. Will never get anything from this location again.
I’ve ordered three blizzards and fries three times in the last week. You have gotten the correct blizzards to us 22% of the time. When I brought the blizzards back last night, I was confronted by a very unprofessional lead. was told there was nothing she could do for me because I ordered from Uber. Too bad her employee already threw the threeblizzards out.
This is the worst Dairy Queen I've ever been to the service sucks and most of the time they don't have half the stuff that's on the menu. The employees are so lazy there A manager that doesn't seem to care. Out of the 6 times I've been there in the last few months I was only able to get my order One time. I usually end up just leaving.

Ordered 2 large blizzards, both with extra items to be added in. Both cups were only 3/4 full. The pumpkin pie blizzard which I paid for extra cheesecake pieces in came with no pie crust or cheesecake pieces!!!!! They literally gave me a pumpkin soft serve milkshake. Super annoying.
The galle that took our order on the trip was very friendly and very professional. They were very busy. Our son-in-law, who owns some DQs, would be very happy to have a worker like them. We'll be back soon for more ice cream.
Went through the drive thru. They were quick, polite, and got everything right! Ice cream was obviously delicious. They are truly the dairy QUEEN!
The workers were very friendly. We're going to this place because it's close to our house. We really like the staff.
