Worst customer service ever! I wouldn't even. Give it 1 star! Very rude drive thru worker. Not only did the teenager yell at me and slam the window shut when I asked if we could have our ice cream after waiting for 30 min in the drive-thru (and we were the first in line and waiting that long) but she practically threw the food at me. Asked for manager then she had someone pretend they were the manager and another worker had to tell her to calm down. Finally an adult came to the window saying she was the Asst. Manager to address issues while the girl mocked and laughed at her behind her back. You need new staff!Didn't even eat the food they probably spit in it! Don't trust it. Will be filing a formal complaint with corporate office!!Will never come back so don't give me your generic response like you do when you get a negative comment .

Soup! Who knew DQ served soup today? Ordnete a small pecan cluster Blizzard and got soup chocolate ice with particles so small that hard to say what they actually mix in them! The Lord at the window did not even recognize my existence. I had to take the Blizzard out of his hand because he was too preoccupied, a conversation with an employee about something he really hates. Then I wait until he finally realized that I owe some change!

I got a blt it was flat and soggyAlso ordered steak finger basket the steak fingers were hard.. I also got another combo it was not good. 2 out of the 3 soft drink were nasty.I spend $30 on disgusting. Very disappointing in the food.

What is not to love about Dairy Queen, love to go some evenings for a delicious snack and then go a brilliant ice cream. Only a fun place to relax from the hectic of the day, the week or just because of the day. Complete comfort.
