Dairy Queen - Reservar una mesa

The WORST DQ ever in Victoria. Ordered thru the app which I won't make that mistake again. The app didn't say if you had to go inside or outside so I assumed I could go thru the drive thru. The line was very long but I just had a radiation treatment at the hospital and didn't feel like going inside. When I got to the speaker outside they told me I had to pick up inside. I told the girl the app didn't specify that and now I was in a long line of cars in front and in back of me. I had to wait in line to get out of there. The girl only said I'm sorry. How hard would it have been for them to hand me my paid order thru the side window? They made me sit there till all the cars in front cleared out and then had to park in a full parking lot all the way to the back so I could go inside when I didn't feel well. I went inside and there was a long line there too. So I had to wait till every one ordered in front of me to tell them I had a mobile order. I have never seen such a disorganized fast food place in my life. Why not have a separate section for mobile order pick up instead of having ppl who ordered thru the app and have to go thru the long line of ppl first ordering. I waited close to 45 min when I could have just ordered thru the side window and been out in 15min. Ordering thru the app only makes it easier on them so all they have to do is hand you your paid order with their rude faces like they worked soo hard doing that. Of course you can about guess $26 of cold food and old fries. How exactly do you get old hard fries with a packed inside and outside full of customers? Rude heartless staff.

Sounds like a lot of reviews of Karens that were just in bad mood. Or maybe they were upset because the employees didn't treat them like royal. They claim that the employee is “not kept for any reason.” Rude like? Because they didn't talk to you in a milk and honey tone of voice? My two passing experiences: both times the employees were polite and efficient. The food was properly ordered and delicious. I'll come back again and again....

Love the steak fingers Chicken N Dumplings! Taste made at home! Friendly staff, clean place. Large drink Med dumplings for $8 :) Food: 5/5

You have a fabulous breakfast. I love breakfast. If I eat, I don't need lunch. Staff always pleasant for us. And we can dive in.

Fast service. Good food. Friendly staff. Does get busy at lunch times.
