Dairy Queen - Reserva de mesa

We've been to this Dairy Queen several times now and have never had a bad experience. I’m not sure what all the negative reviews are about. Since it’s a busy location, the only downside is the occasional wait, but the staff does an excellent job of managing the lines and ensuring orders are correct. The food is served hot and fresh, the ice cream is delightfully cool, and the toppings are just right! The animal cookie Blizzard was a standout—it was fantastic! The chicken and biscuit basket was also really good and offers something unique compared to the usual chicken strips. We’ll definitely be back for the gravy and cookies. My friend enjoyed his burger, and my grandfather loved his chicken...

The service was extremely slow, disorganized, and unprofessional. They didn't provide receipts with order numbers, making it difficult for customers to keep track of their orders. Instead, they were just walking around with trays, announcing what they had available. I noticed that the wrong food was being given to the wrong people, with some customers receiving their meals before those who ordered much earlier. It's frustrating to see such a lack of efficiency. I've been waiting over 20 minutes for two three-piece chicken sandwiches and a hamburger, and I’m really disappointed in the level of service from this current generation of workers.

I used to enjoy this restaurant, but my experience has taken a turn for the worse in the past few months. The staff have become curt and unfriendly, and I've unfortunately found hair in my food several times. Having worked in fast food myself, I understand how stressful the job can be and that everyone has off days. However, the persistent poor attitude and issues with the food are quite disappointing. At this point, I'd rather take my chances at Taco Bell, even if it means risking food poisoning every now and then.

This Dairy Queen is nostalgic to me for a couple of reasons such as the 1960's diner design and the fact I grew up coming here but it is also a clean, humble and friendly environment for anyone who wants a late night treat. The staff are very sweet and professional and if an order may be incorrect... They are quick to resolve the matter. Highly recommend! Reserva una mesa ahora

Manager was extremely rude. My pregnant wife needed to use the restroom so bad and they forced me to pay and make a transaction to use the disgusting bathroom treating us like local tweakers.

I dined in and experienced extremely friendly staff. The interior was clean, and the food was fresh and of excellent quality. Overall, it was an exceptionally great visit!

Ice is good, food is decent, friendly service, but a complaint, only a waitress gave me rivets! So, make sure for them especially if you have children!

I'm not sure about the rest of the menu, but you can always rely on them for the best ice cream.
