We started coming here when the Lufkin store was closed. Staff members are never the same folks so consistency is not a word that I would ever use for service or food preparation. Inside the dining area is not particularly clean and most times the tables are in desperate need of a good cleaning. Blizzards are the best bet and most often we are pleased with them. The Lufkin store is not any better so we will likely continue coming here and adjust our expectations accordingly. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
Something needs to be done about this place. After reading all the reviews, I still gave it a chance. I pulled up to the drive thru and sat there for about 8 minutes. 3 cars are behind me at this point. A lady comes on the intercom and says sorry about that pull around, never took my order. I pull around and there's 2 cars at the window. My total wait time was 20 minutes and I ended up driving off... never was able to order! Service: 1
