Who forced these teenagers to work here? It was so clear that they wanted to die by their lack of expression, and deadpan monotonous voices. The cashier didn 't greet me. She simply stared at me and waited for me to speak. She also cut me off after I listed my first item as if she was about to tell me the total, so I had to talk over her to finish my order. We just had a horrible customer experience that we felt you should be made aware of. During a trip, my boyfriend and I made a stop at the Osseo WI location drive thru where he ordered a Large Blizzard and and Buffalo Chicken Wrap. The blizzard came out in a timely fashion.. We waited. Saw the staff standing around.. Waited. They saw us waiting and ignored us. Two other cars in the drive thru backed up and left. We opened the drive thru window and asked about the food.. They walked to the back and we waited. They came back with out food. So we waited. Finally the shift manager Tia came out and handed him the food without saying anything. As a current employee at Dairy Queen in Staples, MN with two years of experience, I have to say I was disappointed with this location. Upon arrival, we were not greeted, and while placing our order, the staff member who helped us barely spoke and didn’t make eye contact. I ordered pretzel sticks without salt, but when they arrived, they had significantly more salt than I requested. My husband ordered a large fry, and the portion was not filled as it should have been. The only redeeming aspect of our meal was that the fries were fresh.

Don't come here for a quick meal. They are slow and will probably get your order wrong. I ordered a medium orange Julius and she gave me a small. When I asked her if what she handed me was a medium she said yes. I looked at the sign and it was in fact a small. I showed her the sign and she then made me a new one. Do yourself a favor and drive on by this place. I'll never come back.
I absolutely love this Dairy Queen! Every time I've visited, I've been greeted warmly, and my food has always been served quickly. I will definitely return to this location. The food was fantastic, and it was prepared promptly. It's the ideal fast food restaurant!
This is by far the slowest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. It took 10 minutes just for the person to take my order at the drive-thru, and there was only one car in front of me.
Dirtiest DQ I've ever been in! Keep on driving. There are much better places to stop.
