Ordered a churro dipped cone size small. Looked at it and said to the teenager behind the register... That's small they use to be bigger. She said no that's the size. I beg to differ as I've been to the location near downtown Galt and the small didn't look that pokey. The size I got was like a kiddie cone. For just over 5 dollars I definitely wasn't impressed. Have my receipt. The last time I was at this location the person had issues making a blizzard then scrapped the top off of the blizzard to put a soda lid on whereas I've had a domed lid on before. I thought with getting a dipped cone I'd give this location another shot. Very disappointed

We wanted to get some ice cream after we ate lunch, the problem is that this place is not in the food court and we had to walk across the mall just to get this ice cream. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and there was a little bit of a line up but it moved fairly quickly. They have good selection of ice cream and treats for the whole family. There is lots of free parking outside the mall.

Ordered the Backyard Bacon Ranch Signature Stack Burger. When I got home it was the wrong burger. The burger had the works w bacon and orange chedder cheese. The burger was suppose to have bacon, honey bq sauce, 2 onion rings, with 2 slices of white chedder cheese. The guy charged me 10 for the burger. The paddies are so thin and skimpy as well. Very slow service and a lot stingy on the peanuts on the peanut buster parfait. With the name you would think that there might be a reasonable amount of peanuts. Certainly not my first time having one. ?
