I went into the store looking for a simple chocolate blizzard, but the person working there immediately started screaming at me. They started hitting me across the face and tried convincing me to meet them outside after their shift I then proceeded to jump the counter and take them at their word. My husband and I have given this DQ 3 visits and each visit made us realize why do we keep coming back. Last night was the last straw. Google indicates that this restaurant is open until 11 PM, but when we arrived at 10 PM, the Indian lady was extremely rude and didn’t give us any time to look at the menu or place our order. Within just one minute, she pressured us to order, stating, "we're closing at 10." This is no way to treat customers. They had run out of slush, and she didn't mix it properly. Furthermore, she touched my slush with her bare hands using a spoon to stir it right in front of me. She was also trying to upsell a medium to my friend when he clearly requested a small. Additionally, there was a strong smell of bleach in the store. If I could give a zero-star rating, I would! Avoid this place!

My autistic son was trying to choose which candy to include in his Blizzard when the employee abruptly started making a decision for him. We hadn't finalized our order, and she was so hurried that she kept urging us to hurry up. My son wanted Reese's Pieces, but the employee claimed she was double charging me, even though we had yet to place an order. If she hadn’t been so pushy, we would have been fine with the wait. In the end, I was unexpectedly double charged. Fortunately, we were having a good day, or I might have pushed back against the rude service. I will not be coming back.
There’s a wanted sign on the wall of this place that shows a man walking into the restaurant and stealing the tip box from the front counter. I wondered how such a brazen act of robbery could be possible until I stood at an empty counter for about 3 minutes until someone walked out from the back and helped us.This place is understaffed and the staff they do have is rude, unhelpful and literally unavailable. They did serve the Blizzard almost upside down though, so that was a plus.
This place was super busy. Mostly teens who were well behaved. Service not bad compared to the awful reviews I had read. The tables were dirty but there are only 2 employees. There should definitely be hand sanitizers everywhere. The TV was broken, the monitor was broken. You can't scan a receipt to get rewards points. The windows were also very dirty. This stuff seems minimal but this is my review.
We came for dipped cones. The ice cream was so soft it didn't even hold its shape. It turned into milkshake in less than a minute. Just nasty! The cashier (older Indian lady) forced me to take it. Wasted money since there was no way I was going to get food poisoning over $5 for a scoop of rotten dairy. Poor management for allowing their business to be operated under this manor.
