Both blizzards were poorly made, one was hardly mixed and the other had hardly any toppings mixed in. Additionally, no total was given at the speaker, so I had to guess and the cashier snatched my money out of my hand without giving me a chance to correct the amount I had in my hand. Even after I pointed that out, she refused to give my extra money back, and swore up and down she counted it and there was no extra (there absolutely was, I expected there to be tax and had pulled out an extra dollar). Abysmal experience across the board, and I will NOT be back to this location. The owner would do well to do a FULL evaluation of their staff, otherwise, they will run their business into the groun...

this location 100% sucks since the new owners took over, no pride in anything, dining rooms always closed, service sucks, and ice cream is never what it should be, it just sucks because this place has been a staple in hilliard for so long and in the last couple years especially, it's so bad...sorry I went through for another try, after many disappointing trips...never again

Prob worst tasting DQ burger I’ve ever had. Burnt to a crisp and tasted like it was Reburned from yesterday. Really over cooked and not your typical Dairy Queen burger. They must be really messing this up or using different meat for their burgers because it tasted nothing like a normal Dairy Queen burger will not visit this location again.

Quality has changed at this location — my medium twist in a cup was more like a small twist in a cup, paid for extra crunch coat on the side and didn’t receive it. Pricey for what we got Reserva una mesa ahora

Got a large that was barely filled to the brim of the cup and got a blizzard which had just the top half inch mixed with the mix-ins. I get sick of complaining

Bad food, tenders were near inedible. The blizzards were good but they don’t take any coupons. I loved this place as a kid but new owners have ruined it.

The staff were Soo nice went from 15 bucks to 13 nowadays it makes a big difference the food was Soo delicious the best yummiest cheeseburgers
