When I pull up the drive-thru line is halfway around the building. So I park and run inside to order. Hoping to save time. I had a coupon for a free ice cream wanting to or a small burger. Realizing upon entrance there are only three people working the entire building. One running drive-thru one running the front counter,orders and one person making all of the food for the restaurant. Once it's finally my turn to order, I am told they don't even take that coupon at that location! Having wasted my time I returned to my car only to find myself blocked in by the overflowing drive through line. Not the employees fault they were working their hardest. Order chicken strip meals, and all I got was fries, no chicken strips! Had to drive back and no apologies were given. Mistakes happen but at least they could apologize and make it right, it wasn’t a difficult order and it was an online order too that we had to wait too long for in the first place! Probably won’t visit this location again, I will drive to Vancouver next time, at least they don’t mess up an order a five year old could make! I would avoid this location and drive somewhere better if I were you!

The gals behind the counter were very polite and took our order, but when our order was ready, they were too busy chatting by the drive-thru for over 4 minutes while our order sat under the counter light.They did do a fantastic job on our Blizzards...

We usually buy a blizzard here every weekend for movie night. I wish they would mix them better at the bottom.Parking: I usually use the drive through.
