This is the dirtiest food place we have ever stepped into!This place is never clean with garbage and blizzard/ice cream be-brie everywhere. They are always way over staffed with miserable people who are always filthy and unprofessional looking and care more about chatting to each other than carrying out even the slightest bit of customer service. The place is never clean!Today however was the icing on the cake!The lady making our blizzards was too busy chatting and took so long to make them they were melted by the time we got them. The cake maker is amazing, always gets my picture that I want, no matter what I ask for. The cakes are amazing. The problem is the person taking the order, no matter how many times you go over what you want inside, or how much extra you pay for the extra you want, it's never right, because the cake maker doesn't take the order. The younger cashiers are very rude, almost always. So I very rarely go there to get food or ice cream. The owner should send in secret shoppers of all shapes, sizes and monetary background.

The restaurant is always busy with a line-up, but the food is great. The service can be a bit lacking, as the staff don't seem to smile much. They also don't appear to communicate or smile at each other or the customers. A positive attitude would go a long way in improving the overall experience.

Great food, but I bought a bunch of poutines and they weren't made well. Very little bit of fries and gravy. The bowls were like half full. I spend like 60 dollars just on poutines alone and all my guests were disappointed they got so little. Reserva una mesa ahora

I went here during summer so maybe that's why it was very crowded. Staff looks tired and provides very little effort to assist customer. It's also the only ice cream place in the area.Food: 4/5
