Dairy Queen Grill Chill

I'm a big Dairy Queen fan but this store is one of the worst. The last two times I have been here with my family our ice-cream was melting when we got it. There is 4-6 people walking around and very slow service. Either a manager needs fired or there needs to be better training. It's ice-cream how hard is it! It wasn't really busy when I was there yesterday, so we waited fast. Can't beat the $5:00 lunch deal... very good, and the sun was free so that was a bonus..how good there.
