Dairy Queen Grill Chill

This is the worst Dairy Queen in the province! I went to this location on a Saturday evening and ordered two 4-piece chicken meals, a basket of onion rings, and two shakes to dine in. After waiting about 5 minutes, we received the shakes. However, after waiting for 30 minutes and seeing two other families order and receive their food before us, I asked where our order was. The staff seemed unaware of our order and looked puzzled when I asked for a refund. I got my refund and went across the street to McDonald's where I received better service. I will never visit this location again.

Out of all the fast food restaurants I’ve been to this Pincher Creek Dairy Queen has the best service. I would say the service here is exemplary. The staff were friendly. They created an experience in fast food that has not been seen in over 60 years. Yes the food is standard fast food but the service makes it better. If I’m back in Pincher Creek I’ll always choose this restaurant over any other.

Currently, Dairy Queen is only offering drive-thru service. The restaurant has a spacious, paved parking lot. The wait in line was lengthy, but understandable as it is a new fast food establishment in the area. The employees were welcoming and efficient in serving the food. Overall, it was a positive experience and I believe it will continue to improve.

They need to do better, what a smart mouth kid at the window.they said they would do better but watch how crappy this new store becomes.we orders a large Sunday and med Sunday and they looked the same. I hope the have good food safety in mind with other parts of the operation..its hard to be good but hopefully they can do better. Reserva una mesa ahora

I don't have many complaints, but I was confused about the opening hours. The sign says it's open until 10, but the doors were already locked at 9. I waited in the drive-thru from 9:18 to 9:27, even though I placed my order at 8:50. I just want to clarify if the dining room closes at 9 and the drive-thru at 10.

The staff at this restaurant is fantastic, particularly the young man who greets customers and takes their orders. He always has a warm smile and welcoming energy that makes him a joy to see as soon as you walk in. Without a doubt, he is one of the best fast food servers in Pincher Creek.

We went through the drive thru and ordered a large chocolate dipped cone. It was the smallest one we've ever received; when we said we ordered a large, not a small, the server at the window said that was the standard size for a large. There wasn't much chocolate on it, either.

Went to dine in with a 2 year old that had to pee. Sign in door saying wind blows doors open so call a phone number, tried 3 times with no answer and there was no wind blowing. Went to Boston pizza instead for roughly the same price. Reserva una mesa ahora

The restaurant has been nicely renovated and offers a variety of good food options. The service was good and the parking lot is spacious enough to accommodate trailers.
