Dairy Queen Grill Chill

This is unfortunately my least favorite Dairy Queen in Red Deer. Every time I went, the server was rude and I could overhear them talking negatively about customers to their employees. They would roll their eyes and act like serving me was an inconvenience. Additionally, they never honored the coupons on the app, which was frustrating. When I mentioned that other Dairy Queens in Red Deer are able to scan coupons without issue, they simply replied, "we don't do it" and closed the drive-thru window on me. I will not be returning.

Wife ordered chicken fingers, fresh. They came to table Rock hard. Wife took them back and the next batch came back with pink meat inside. Manager didn't seem to care much. Finally our third ones came back and they were SUPER salty. I think the staff were trying their hardest to make us angry. This was our favorite DQ, not anymore. Garbage like the other ones in Red Deer. Super disappointed in not only the staff, but the manager. The manager never once came to assist or address the issues.

Ordered a Peanut Buster Parfait at the drive thru tonight, wanted a peanut buster. What I recieved was a tooth buster. There was a chunk of plastic in my ice cream, I dont like to leave reviews like this as this DQ is usually great, but I bit down on what I thought was a peanut, but it was a piece of plastic, and it nearly broke my tooth. If I would’ve swallowed that couldve done serious damage to my insides. Please just be more careful guys.

We stopped for an early lunch late breakfast. On our way to Devon. Quick service. We both had chicken strip and fries, along with a drink. The food was served piping hot and it was delicious. I do not think I have ever had better chicken strips, tasty and crispy and the chicken was cooked to perfection. Reserva una mesa ahora

The service at this restaurant is fine, but the food, particularly the fish and chicken strips, are not crispy and appear too dark. It might be time to change the oil.

very friendly and helpful. it needed a cheerful person to deal with and she was there at the right time. the service is as important as eating. 5 stars here

I went through the drive thru Kendra was so friendly was absolutely amazing! She was absolutely beautiful!

The food was delicious, but I had to wait for a long time. To make things worse, my order was incorrect.
