Dairy Queen Grill Chill

I Ordered a small burger and poutine as recommended by cashier as its a cheaper combo and you get a free sunday. I also ordered a medium chocolate dip ice cream cone and i used a 2 small milkshakes coupon in app for $5. Came to just over $31. I had been charged for stuff but i thought huh..i guess it had to be right???? So i end up getting 2 sundays plus a 3rd with my combo. Place was really busy yesterday but went back to cashier and explained the mistake. She said no u ordered sundays we have coupon for sundays. I said no i ordered Milkshakes. If you 're out of a promotional item, own up to it and just say you 're out. Or if you 're not carrying it, don 't advertise it. The company even gives you an out with the fine print: at participating locations . But don 't try and gaslight people by pretending it was last month 's item when you just put the signage in the window three days ago.

You can't go wrong with Dairy Queen food. The issue is wait times at the drive thru. It takes a long time. It might be easier to go in but this defeats the purpose of a drive thru. At least a dilly bar on the way home makes everything right!

Was very busy today in store and in drive threw and took some time before our order was ready but their must have been some sort of promo on as our total was less then half what we exspected so willing to wait for the value.

Just ordered a medium Sunday. Couldn't believe how little you get. You want to change $6.50 for that you have to give alittle more.It's amazing how cheap corporations are getting.
