At 5:00 pm went to drive-up to order 3 piece chicken tender meal deal for $8.00. My Mom I have frequented this place for years, and we always get the same meal. Being back in town with my BF, I wanted to get my BF a meal to try. We had been at Lowe’s all afternoon trying to purchase something and parts. Tired and hangry I asked whoever was working the drive thru that I wanted two of those meals. She said that I could get the kids meal or the tender meal. The offer was only valid 11:00-3:00 pm. She had no compassion or empathy!! I told her well she lost a sale!! No customer service!! I will not come back again, and I will discourage my Mom not to return!! Awful is awful!! If they would like me to teach a class on customer service, I would gladly teach them a thing or two with my 40 years plus of experience. ZERO IS ZERO!! AVOID!! Please note I only comment on really BAD experiences or absolutely SUPERIOR experiences!! I also better not get the auto reply to please try us again!! Not going to happen unless they bring something free to the table!!
