Dairy Queen Grill Chill

They never flip the Blizzards. Their pop is disgusting and flat. The restaurant is very old, never been refreshed. The service isn't good. The blizzards did taste good though. The parking lot is tricky, the drive thru is a hazard. It takes so long to get through and cars stick out on the road because the area was so poorly thought out and planned. Curbside pickup is a joke here. They just don't answer the phone and you have to come in the store and they didn't even make the order at all, even way past the curbside order time. They don't even say sorry. Just altogether a very bad location.

Years ago when I was in Chatham, I ordered a burger combo to go. It took approximately 30 minutes before I received the order. The cashier's excuse was that it was made fresh. Dairy Queen is no different than any other fast food place. Every fast food place receives meat, fries, among other items on a refrigerated truck. I never went back because of this horrible experience.

I have visited this location multiple times, hoping to see improvements in staffing, but it has only gotten worse. I waited 15 minutes for an employee to even make eye contact so I could place my order, but eventually left without any acknowledgment of my presence! This is truly disappointing for a franchise owner. I will be reporting this to the head office!

Lia was friendly to deal with. The food was ok. French fries hot, burger patty cold. I found the music extremely loud....had to talk over. I did ask her if it was always this loud, and she said she would turn it down. I think she forgot by the time she walked back there. I went to Dairy Queen and found it to be a clean and peaceful place, which I really appreciated. It took a little time for someone to come to the counter, but once they arrived, the staff member was very friendly and accommodating. The cake was delicious, and it's a lovely spot to enjoy ice cream, as well as other choices like burgers and hot dogs.

Went inside at 7pm ordered ice cream and food the bag of food fell off the counter she proceeded to just watch us pick it up without saying a thing, went to sit to eat and she came up to us and told us we can't stay and it the dinning room was closed without any posting about it or the area being blocked off :

Got two chicken sandwich meals and a poutine. The chicken was over cooked so hard could barely chew it also extremely salty. The poutine was disgusting and the cheese smelled as if it had gone bad. I do not recommend going here. In the future my family and I will not be coming back. For the food.

The owners are unkind and show little concern for their staff, refusing to provide breaks or fair holiday pay. The food is unappetizing and shouldn't be served at all. Additionally, prices are excessively high, having been raised four times in the past year. Reserva una mesa ahora

They need to upgrade this building or build a new one! Very old, and outside lights were not even on!

Severely understaffed for main meal rushes. Waited in line 10 minutes to get order through.
