Had to call Corporate. 9 Customers Dining in, me and my Son are 2 of these Customers and not 1 person was happy there. The Cook watched Football on his phone clearly visible to all and you could hear the game at the back of the Resturant. Older Gentlemen (Senior) went to the counter and demanded a refund. I also approached the Counter for my refund and I called out the cook on his Game watching rather than his work. He got so upset he wanted to fight me and told me I was lucky he was on Parole! Corporate needs to do better at hiring Managers!!! Fast Food is going downhill in a big hurry due to these types of hires!! Make Changes!!
I don’t do reviews but this one got me mad. Got a cake, ordered cool whip frosting for writing. It came back with gel, when stating we asked for cool whip the girl replied “do I look like an fn god”. Come to find out the manager was standing right beside her and he did nothing with the way she spoke to a customer. But he explained to me after the fact that they only write in gel. The gel wasn’t the problem it was the horrible customer service and curtesy to your customer. I wouldn’t give any stars if it wasn’t making me.
Well went thru drive thru and not happy at all! I paid for a 6 piece basket with rings and fries and got a 4 piece with a handful of soggy fries. Opened box when I got to hwy 281 to snitch an onion ring and that's when I found out I got the wrong order. Called and left message after message. Received a call promising coupons would be mailed...lies and empty promises. Miss previous owners and management. Will drive to Redfield or Groton and never go to Aberdeen Dairy Queen again!!
This place has slowly been going downhill. We stopped going for a while. Figured we would try it again. Unfortunately it was a less then impressive experience again. They were out of multiple products. Took an excessive amount time for dried up burgers, cold hotdogs and cheese curds that had an off taste. Parking was good though. Empty lot at noon so that was handy.

Don’t go in the evening!!! A complete difference between day crews and night crews. Day shift gets food out quick and fresh. Night crew you can wait up to 45 to get cold food and melted ice cream. Employees were fighting loudly last time I was here.
They keep it so cold you shiver through your meal. It is not an enjoyable experience. It is also not an isolated one. We frequent DQ often in summer. In the end, we started going to Twist Cone as we couldn't take the cold anymore.
I asked for a four piece chicken strip basket with ranch. I got a two piece chicken sticks no toast and also honey mustard.

Great chili cheese dogs and blizzards, but man was it cold in the building!
Great place to get delicious ice-cream especially definitely delicious
