Dairy Queen Grill Chill

I worked at this location in 1974. Man, has it gone down hill! No manager in site. The building and parking lot are dirty. My crispy chicken sandwich is ice cold and I didn’t get fries, that I did order(on receipt). They made blizzards first and if I hadn’t asked them to put in freezer til our food came up, they’d be liquid. I understand the original owner’s daughter owns it now. Such a shame.

Ordered 6 large cups of ice cream and paid $20. It barely went over the rim. Go to Rocky River DQ and you get a full cup, twice as much as I got here and for $16. When you order large you expect to get a large and not some BS about DQ corporate. Won't be going here anymore. First impressions are important so don't be cheap especially given the prices you charge.

We went through the drive thru. We asked if the county gravy came w/ the chicken. She said no it's an up charge. Which is fine. So we got to the window she hands us our food and acts like that's it, and gave us attitude. No gravy ,no French fries, no ice cream and when we did get all our stuff ...... Are icecreams were WRONG!!!!

By far the best DQ in northeast Ohio. They are fast, get the orders right each time, generous goodies in the blizzards mixed all the way through and everyone is polite. They work hard and are well managed. Major difference between here and others in the area. Reserva una mesa ahora

I ordered a double backyard burger an large onion rings and a 6 piece chicken finger an medium onion rings the chicken was cold and hard to chew I received the same amount of onion rings as the medium one my wife got the burger was okay.

This place needs to die. It's gross, inconvenient, over priced, and has been downhill for a long time now. Was once a great memory as a kid growing up in Ridgeville, but this place is the worst now. DO NOT EAT HERE!

I can't answer about the atmosphere because the dining room was closed around 7:30 pm. The drive thru was open. I heard the puppy chow blizzard and it is really good!
