Yesterday my fond memories of DQ were ruined. I took my daughters in thinking they were in for a treat. I was so wrong. The cashier was rude, and didn’t understand a simple hot dog question. The drinks fountain was dirty! Old soda or syrup of some sort was on the nozzles- just caked. The inside looks so old and dirty- guaranteed to fail a pop up inspection. The tea was not made, so I tasted some very old stale remnants of tea.. they need to clean their tea canister!! The fruit punch was pure syrup. The water didn’t work at the drink station. The workers all looked like they literally just woke up. The food was decent though.. they didn’t cook it- it was basically heat it and serve. Im afraid...
I have lived in this area over 10 yrs and always get Chocolate Chip Blizzard. I came here today and ordered same thing the young lady gives me blizzard with Hot Fudge I said I never get this she kept saying this how we make it like I don’t know the difference. I said I’ve been coming for years. I asked her to make it again. She was just silly and childish.. i forget on weekends teenagers are working. I’ll never come again on the weekend. Customer service is horrible. O and the Hot Fudge Sundae we did get was a absolute mess we had to pull over to throw it out it was soooo watery. They have definitely lost a long time customer
The food was good. Props on that. But the service was horrific. I asked for their garlic seasoning in a cup and she just said “No”. That’s it. Just no. I asked can she just put the seasoning in a little cup or something. “No”. Then when I paid they just handed me my food and then immediately just closed the window. I was very nice the whole time so I certainly didn’t deserve this. She wasn’t just dismissive but also outright rude and mean. This was about 4PM Mar26th. Wow. Just wow. The drive through window is not your job lady.
I’m confused how this place has such bad reviews I have been several times and had great experiences each time. The employees are all very kind and friendly, and our order is always correct and delicious. I say keep doing what you guys are doing you can tell it’s a family owned business, you’re doing a great job!

Guy in the front was very rude. We asked him a question and just ignored us. We we're buying a cake for my husband's birthday and when I asked him to put happy birthday on the cake he said they didn't have time for that, we order icecream and he got our order wrong too. Terrible service.
Cashier passed my blizzard out the window without a top. I asked for the clear plastic one she gave me a drink lid. And I had to ask for a receipt. Bad customer service.
They don’t give me enough mustard for fries (just two tiny packets), so I stopped getting their meals and just order a pair of burgers. End up costing a lot less, too.
We have never had a bad experience at DQ. It is consistently excellent, whether we need a quick snack for our 5-year-old or just don't feel like cooking dinner.
