Dairy Queen Grill Chill

A great place to put on a few pounds and several inches around the waist. They were well staffed, but were not functioning as such. There were 2 customers at the counter, no one in the dining room, and 2 cars in the drive thru. With at least 6 or 7 employees behind the counter, no one was taking orders. After a few minutes,the manager on duty walked by, apologized, and said I'll be with you in a second. She was trying to do everything herself. After taking our order and fixing our desserts, she announced that was going to take a break.

let's make it for montgomery alabama, I had little faith as traveling through the city, it looks as if most of the staates tried to forget it, it is existence, roads are terrible, buildings look neglected and/or empty. but this dairy queen proved to be royal. the food was excellent, the service was amazing, full of the southern hospitality. also the restaurant was really clean inside. that had even a personal note with a hommage to an earlier community member. sweet as the caramel syrup on cold soft servier.

Manager rude, lobby has no AC having the employees working in the heat. Won't let employees use the restroom. Won't let them get anything to drink. When it's 90+ degrees outside. Also managers told one employee that they couldn't use the restroom to where they pee there pants and made them stay and work and wouldn't let them leave.

this dq is always a good place to enjoy a blizzard or something. I'm not a fan of their recent price increases, but that seems to be only the times in which we live. this dq is clean, friendly and fast. Reserva una mesa ahora

they were so nice. we came in and got 9 blooming on our way from the city for the holiday in orange beach. super nice staff. they should go with us.

The staff was rude. They got my order wrong and then had the audacity to ask me if I had placed my order correctly at the menu board.

Was just dropping in to get an ice-cream but they have banana splits 2 for 1 so we had to get them and they where great.
