Dairy Queen Grill Chill

All my food was cold, and I only live about 1.5 miles away from this DQ. I did call and speak with a manager. She asked if I wanted to come and have the order remade. I explained that I had just gotten back from Chicago and had planned to just get food and relax. So also offered to refund money the next time I came there. I told her she didn't need to do that, but they could just replace the order when I did come back. So they get a 5-star rating for the Manager, knowing that you stand by your brand. And that she did. It's a shame on my part; however, for not remembering her name. I'm blaming that on my Chicago trip.. I commented that they can't allow their reputation to become that of, say,...

I went in and there was a person in the line, a hired person who looked like they just got out, and a person in the front. I don't know what they did except just talking. I waited a bit and finally asked if I could order. I was told as soon as the person was played in line for her product. I waited a bit more and finally gave up how she put her card in the card reader. I had never waited so long. Unfortunately, people simply don't seem to care about customer service anymore and more.

This particular Dairy Queen has been one of the best fast food restaurants in the area. Very polite and well trained staff, makes sure your order has been fulfilled. The food is hot or cold, depending on what you order. The new burgers are tasty but messy. The ice cream treats are always good.

I stop with my family to drink a quick meal. the food was great and the ice cream. the staff was very friendly and polite to ensure that the order was correct. food: 5/5

the phone service was bad that she didn't put ketchup in the basket and that had eaten haare in it. not too bad, but I don't recommend it.
