I love this place and love going to the lavale location BUT however the employees need to start have a little more common sense when it comes to bagging ice creams . Why in the world would anyone put more than 2 ice cream cups in 1 bag . Today when I just went through the drive thru I got 2 Sundays and 2 playing vanilla cups and 2 meals and the girl working the drive thru puts all 4 cups in 1 bag .. I told her I could not drive like that and asked for a tray I tried to hand the bag back to her mind u it was still just right out the window never went in my car and she says I can't take that back so I then asked for a tray again and out it in the tray myself .. it's crazy someone would even thinks that's ok to do like what type of mess is she trying to make me clean up lol
never had a bad experience at this DQ site. Although it is about personal problems, the waiting time will sometimes be a little longer. but also with the longer waiting period, eating is always hot and fresh! I'd rather wait for fresh warm food and then be served cold undercooked food.
