Dairy Queen Grill Chill

Great experience. Visited with family of 6. Ate outside. It was messy but they immediately came outside and clean and sanitized tables. Frozen desserts were modified and came out perfect. Staff was kind, store was clean inside and everyone wore a mask properly. Did witnessed a drive thru worker not wash her hands properly. Big negative!! Otherwise, good experience.

I always went to this milk queen I worked on this dairy, and I never felt as pressureless as I did tonight when I was asked if I would give him a tip on the window. they didn't even get my order right. When I had to eat my blurry, I drank him because he was melted because I had to wait for them to make the rest of my food that they did not command the first.

Customer service is fine, wait times can be extensive but considering what they're doing, it's not an instant operation. I don't order entrees here, so I cannot comment on anything other than the desserts offered. They always come out perfectly, and their seasonal offerings are always delicious.

The drive thru Associate was excellent! The best if this visit. (Tuesday at 2030) She was friendly and friendly. They had no vanilla ice cream. (I don't understand because it is literally the clamp for this brand) and the outside of 4 out of 5 items had ice cream over them.

I learned something new today. Pineapples go on banana cracks!! lol they were fast and very friendly and everything is fresh. everything I saw was employees who run around and make sure every job was done right and nobody complained. they work hard
