Dairy Queen Grill Chill

OK, it's DQ, you know what you're getting. Love a good Blizzard. Only reason it's a 4 today is that my blizzard was really short on the candy. However, the dine-in area was closed due to short staffing, I get it. Everyone is short staffed. The drive through was staffed by a nice lady that was working her tail off. I won't guess her age, but I assume this might be post retirement additional income for her. I say that, because it looked like it was only her and a line cook working the place on a busy Sunday afternoon. Kudos to her, but wow. People need to get off their and get to work!

Tonight at 8:45 in the store. We sat for 20 minutes in the drive-thru line without answer from speaker. We moved up to see that nobody worked yet, but all the lights and signs were still on. When your business is closed early, at least tell them that they turn off the light and sign so I don't waste my time sitting in the line.

I don’t understand why they haven’t opened their dining room yet. The drive thru is always wrapped around the building and sometimes into the road. Staff seems very disorganized but the actual food and shakes are great.

The older gentleman working the window tonight was very nice! I enjoyed my pumpkin pie blizzard and my dog enjoyed his pup cup. Although it was busy, everything was great. Thank you!

We only ordered vanilla malts but they were delicious and the drive-thru attendant was very friendly
