Terrible experience. Ordered a cake for a Birthday and was given a slab of vanilla ice cream. Even though this is the exact description of the cake online Irresistible fudge and crunch center surrounded by vanilla and chocolate soft serve, decorated with your favorite design. When I called to ask for a refund or a replacement cake, the very nice gentleman who was helping me stated the owners would not issue a refund but would give me a discount to order another. BE WARNED DO NOT ORDER CAKES FROM THIS LOCATION
I just finished my blizzards and shake, and they are fantastic! There was only one staff member working, yet she was handling orders quicker than most places with two employees. The customer service was excellent. Thank you, Alana! She definitely deserves a raise!
I visited this place twice within a week, and both times they were out of the ingredients to make the highly popular Royal Cheesecake Blizzard. It's very disappointing that no one seems to care enough to meet customer demands.
The line was excessively long with only two employees working. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for a Blizzard.
