Dairy Queen (treat)

Although there's a Dairy Queen in my town, we always make it a point to visit this particular location. I love that they make their dilly bars in-house, whereas most others get theirs from corporate. The portion sizes here are impressive—much larger than what our local store offers, which often serves ice cream (cones, sundaes, etc.) at about half the size or even smaller. I’d rather risk things melting than go to our local Dairy Queen! (Apologies to the local store.) I'll try to remember to take a picture next time we visit. Keep up the fantastic work! Thank you! One thing I wish is that they opened earlier than noon; that just seems a bit late to me. But that's just my opinion!

This is honestly the best Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. The place is impeccably clean, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the food consistently looks just like the pictures. Aashay, one of the employees, was exceptionally welcoming when we arrived. He greeted us right away and patiently answered all of our questions (no matter how annoying they might have been) with a smile. Our food came out in no time, even though they were busy. Despite the crowd, they remained kind and patient with us. I would give this place a perfect 5/5 stars!

I visited this restaurant last week and ordered the speck double burger, which came with a combo for about $9-10. Unfortunately, the meal lacked flavor. The soda I picked was quite overpowering, almost as if it hadn't been mixed properly. The burger itself was decent but nothing to rave about. I’ve been trying to find the Milk Queen location, but I’ve passed by several times this week, and it looks closed each time. The drive-thru service is slow, and they often mention that they're short-staffed.

I ordered a cake today for my sonny birthday party and went to 11:30 to pick up, and nobody was there that no one answered the phone. Luckily the orlandpark had a smaller cake for me that they could write happy birthday for me. that's terrible, and I'll never go to the tinley park location. if they know they pick up a cake, then they show up working or calling and let them know some. The customer service was poor. I encountered two women at the register who continued chatting instead of assisting me. After some time, I finally placed my order, but as soon as I received what I wanted, they didn’t say a word and just walked away. I had to ask another employee for my card while I waited. I recommend finding a different Dairy Queen.

The service was very friendly and prompt. I would give them a 4 out of 5 because they didn't include the extra strawberry cake that I paid for along with my order.

Sign on store and Google say this store opens at eleven...store not open well after 11. Lights out and no one answers phone.
