I don't know what I paid for. I ordered 2 small cones with hardshell. One was hard ice cream. A huge bowl came out covered in chocolate syrup. I got a small cone, put 1/4th in it and threw out the rest. The second was a small soft serve with hard shell.It was 6 inches above the cone top. That's not small. Then she charged me $10.20. For 2 small cones. So I looked on line andsure enough she overcharged me by over 35%. She got the order wrong. I showed her she got it wrong and instead of fixing it shecharged me for her mistake. The cones were for the kids, I just chose not to have anything after seeing the goof. No one washappy. Thanks.
I appreciate the local ownership and their excellent hours. It's great to have a delicious treat just around the corner in West Milford, and I love being able to grab items like ice bars or ice cream cake to go. I'm a huge fan of their Blizzards and always order one when I visit. I really value the consistency in taste—they always deliver the same great flavor every time. Just keep in mind that there might be a bit of a wait since the space is small and the staff is limited, but you'll definitely be happy you stopped by!
This is one of my favorite DQs in NJ. It has a cool vibe of a local shop where eating out by your car seems natural, even though NO outdoor seating is available. The service by the girls behind the counter is top notch and they check all the boxes withselection of DQ products. There is a bigger DQ on rt 23, but for me this is the best one in the area.
We went for a late night treat and stood in a long line. I was disappointed they didn't have what I really wanted, the chocolate malt shake. I got the strawberry one instead, and it had too much milk in it. It tasted like strawberry milk. McDonald's wouldhave been better.

I love dairy queen. Yall have your tradions of ice cream joints, this is mine and it brings me back home to wv whenever I have it. The food is great as well, though I don't have it often, it does bring home here to nj for me
They've brought back the Reese's Pieces for the Blizzard! I've never had any issues at this DQ. 10/10, always fully stocked with cakes, Dilly Bars, and more!
Who doesn't love ice cream? The staff serving was incredibly friendly, and the gentleman made sure to give me plenty of peanut butter in my cone.
Great pit stupid your looking for a quick treat. They dont serve hot food here. Just ice cream.
