Zero stars. I used to love Dairy Queen, but now they are misleading their customers with fake coupons! They send out these coupons only to have you arrive at the store, excited, only to find out that they don’t even accept them at that location. To make matters worse, there isn't another Dairy Queen within 15 miles of Washington Township/Turnersville! So what do they expect—people in Gloucester County to drive that far without knowing if the next location will even honor the coupons? Today was the last straw for me. I received a coupon, only for them to refuse to honor it. My husband and I left disappointed and went to Chick-fil-A just down the street instead, where we enjoyed their strawber...
I waited approximately 8 minutes for an $8.32 Peanut Buster Parfait at Dairy Queen (Treat), only to be informed that they couldn't provide hot fudge. Instead, I was offered cold fudge, which I hoped would work similarly to chocolate syrup, but sadly, it didn't. The parfait was poorly assembled, with barely any peanuts, and the cold fudge came in large chunks that didn’t mix well.
When I asked about the absence of hot fudge, I was told it was an ordering issue. They mentioned that they typically keep it warm in containers, but that doesn’t help me now. It’s unacceptable to pay over $8 for such a disappointing dessert, especially given today’s economic climate.

I don't get it. This place should be cranking but they have kids running it. Good to see them working but they need adult supervision. Not organized or a good flow. They all don't know what they are doing so it causes confusion and a backed upline. Another thing is you don't sense professionalism. Get everyone to dress the same or put on the same aprons or somthing. Cold stone is out of the way bit they are way more organized and somewhat dressed the same.
The Dairy Queen in the Township of Washington is superbly managed. The staff, mainly made up of dedicated high school and college students, works quickly and efficiently. I've visited during both quiet and busy times, and no matter how crowded it gets, they always handle everything with efficiency and a friendly demeanor. I highly recommend this Dairy Queen location.

Getting worse and worse. Tonight one of the young ladies cared more about cursing up a storm talking about her drama than taking care of the customers or getting an order rightwhich she didn’t. Please fix this place if you want to stay in business. Some supervision maybe??

I just ordered two blizzards, and they turned out to be more like milkshakes. The girl who was working there seemed completely clueless. I won't be returning to this Dairy Queen. It feels like a team of untrained kids is running the place.
The kids are very nice working there but they need some supervision. The place is not clean.
