Dairy Queen (treat) always offers excellent customer service! The staff knows exactly what I want from the menu and how I like it prepared. They ask me before I even have to say a word. I really appreciate the care and attention, even when I’m indulging and cheating on my diet—love the experience every time!
Went there and was given the wrong order 3 times and when I asked for a supervisor I was met with rude backhanded comments. The worst customer service I?ve ever dealt with I will stick to the one in Irvington or union. Everyone there is efficient and kind
