On this incredibly hot afternoon, I had the pleasure of visiting Dairy Queen, and it was a delightful experience. The slushes were refreshing, although I found them to be a bit more liquidy than I would have liked. The true highlight of my visit was the outstanding service from the Dairy Queen team. From the moment I walked in, their friendly smiles and quick attention made me feel right at home. Even with a busy crowd seeking relief from the heat, they remained warm and welcoming. I highly recommend avoiding this place; there are far better ice cream shops nearby. I visited to purchase a cake, and I noticed that the larger cake was only $2 more than the smaller one. Unfortunately, I was short by $1.50, and the girl behind the counter, who was Asian, refused to make an exception. When I explained that the cake was for my elderly grandmother, she responded with, “It’s just business,” and repeatedly called me “bro,” which I found disrespectful and completely unprofessional. The customer service here is extremely poor, and I believe this girl should not be working in a customer-facing role.

Great place to hang out, especially on a summer night. We went for the two royal treats Peanut Butter Parfait and Brownie Oreo Cupfection. Loved both of them.Location is great with decent parking lot behind and alongside the store. Staff was good and friendly. The order was ready in no time.Enjoyed it.

Still the one for sugary fun and tasty treats. Good friendly service inside. Outside, a good group of relaxed teenaged boys and a loving couple. We ordered a big ice cream cake since they didn't have the log one available. It was as delicious as always! I gave it 4 stars, though, because they didn’t offer the same selection and variety as other Dairy Queen locations.

I ordered two blizzards through Uber, and when there was an error with my order I contacted Dairy Queen directly. I spoke with the owner who was extremely friendly and helpful. Very impressed with the service.
