I would suggest hire an adult manager to supervise your staff as literally kids ages 18 to 24 are running your business. kid#1 is about 21-25yo latina cashier who took my orders of two chicken strips meal with fries, 2 sodas and upgraded the 2 sundae to 2 blizzards and ordered 2 extra plain burgers. Trippled check with her that the burgers are plain as it doesnt say in the receipt. Gave me 2 cups for the drinks 17mins later still nothing while people behind me are already gone so I came back to the counter and asked kid#2 They havent started my orders! Or gave it to someone else. Theyre just in the back kitchen which is visible and they are playing around and talking. Maybe taking a rest as...

Today, my family went out for ice cream. As usual, the drive-thru took an eternity, and the woman taking our order seemed confused. She kept repeating "hello." After finally placing our order, we waited 10 minutes before either of the workers opened the window. One of them handed me a melting dipped ice cream, and then she returned with two Blizzards. She didn’t tell us the total cost, and I could have easily driven off without paying, but I was raised to act better than that. So, I politely pointed out that she had never taken our payment and asked how much we owed. Unfortunately, the Blizzard and ice cream both tasted like butter. Overall, this experience was disappointing and not worth th...

Stopped in today at 1230pm to find this location's dining section filled with middle/high school kids and one homeless person with her cart of belongings. No workers anywhere to be found. No food on tables. Nobody in the drive-thru. One of the patron kids was walking behind the counter trying to find an employee. Complete mess of an establishment. Stay away.

Save your gas and time , the drive thru and wait time is damn there 30 minutes each time I’ve been waiting in drive thru for going on 25 minutes now and everyone is upset because we can’t go forward or back up this is crazy, you guys need to shut down and start over, it shouldn’t take 20 minutes for a worker to come to speaker and take order Reserva una mesa ahora

Been here several times in the past few months. Never have small and now mini blizzard cups. Won’t make a mini or small in a larger cup or different container so pay for a medium to throw it away. Get home and half our order is wrong the past 2 times. Always a disaster. Get it together!

So every time I come here I end up waiting over 20 minutes just for some soft serve. I don’t know what they are doing in there and why it always takes forever but I’m tired of it. Staff is friendly and food is usually good but wait is crazy

The name of the blizzard has cookie dough in it yet there's no cookie dough to be found in this blizzard. What the hell DQ. Also didn't flip blizzard upside down! And no free coupon.

Nobody speaks English here. My 4pc chicken strips only had 1 stale strip and a 2 scrap nugget pieces. Fries were soggy, they forgot my sauce. Absolutely will never come back. Reserva una mesa ahora

Couldn’t tell you if the food is good or not because I’m still waiting in the drive thru… It’s been 20 minutes so far.
