Short story eat here. it is delicious. Longer story So I don't know how you live here for 8 years and no one tells you about this place. We live in Dunedin and I had to locate this place via yelp and google. Come on, peeps, spread the word! So, stopped in today and ordered a jalapeño smashburger and the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. They were out if kimchi chopped cheese which was absolutely heartbreaking. So, they serve breakfast, until maybe 1 pm. The person at the register did not know. Anyway, paid $12 for the smash and $9 for the Nash. They called our name and here comes our food. The smash was HUGE! Dairy Rich is hands-down the BEST place of its kind--you won't find another ice cream/burger drive-up that can even compare. The food quality is OUTSTANDING and consistently exceeding all expectations. From soft, fresh, pillowy brioche buns, to tender crispy chicken that's perfectly seasoned and falls apart in your mouth, to DELICIOUS hot dogs and burgers, even to the highest quality condiments that taste hand-made, nothing skimping on flavor. Not to mention ice cream flavors that will blow your mind, dipped soft serve cones, and thoughtfully crafted sundaes and treats. Finally, the service is excellent, atmosphere is quaint and inviting, area is very clean, and prices are super reasonable....
Cute ma and pa ice cream shop near Tarpon Springs on Alternate 19. Has a good selection of food items as well as ice cream flavors, sundaes, milkshakes, etc. Has a big local following and is usually crowded, so it will take a few minutes to get what you ordered (it 's worth the few minutes wait). There is a covered seating area in the front with plenty of ceiling fans plus new counter seating overlooking the road where you can sit and enjoy the fares and chat. It is a noisy venue because of the car traffic, but it is an overall good place.
Spectacular. Dairy Rich is easy to drive by. Don't. The hot dogs taste like your dad cooked them on a charcoal grill. The burgers are delicious, juicy with a nice sear, and the tomatoes and lettuce are fresher and crisper than what you'd get at Whole Foods. Get a shake while you're at it. They're fantastic. Great ice cream spot. I had the toasted coconut ice cream and it was delicious. Next trip I will surely get a banana split (maybe made with that coconut ice cream The Banana Splits looked great!! I come here a lot. I normally come at least once a week it is so good. They have amazing regular food; so I come here for dinner sometime too. They have amazing ice cream with many flavors to choose from. If your are looking for a place for lunch, ice cream, or a good time then Dairy Rich should be your choice.
